At 7:06 am, the first explosion happened at a bus station close to Jerusalem’s entry. Twelve people were injured, including the teenage victim, according to Magen David Adom, Israel’s Red Cross affiliate. Three of the victims were in grave condition.
Police stated that a second explosion was heard at the Ramot junction just half an hour later. This happened at 7:30 am.MDA said three people were evacuated, four were treated with “stress symptoms”, and four were still in the hospital. Two Americans were among the victims, US Ambassador Tom Nides announced on Twitter.
Initial investigations have revealed that explosives were placed at both blast spots. The police spokesperson indicated that a search is underway for possible suspects.

An Israeli Police spokesperson stated that Wednesday’s attacks were hazardous and were most likely carried out remotely by a well-organized cell.
“The terrorists had a good knowledge of the area,” said the spokesperson.
The incident was not the fault of any one group.
Two Americans Injured
Ambassador Tom Nides tweeted Wednesday, “Sadly, I can confirm that two U.S citizens were among the victims in today’s terrorist attacks in Jerusalem.”
“As we approach Thanksgiving, I am thankful that they will recover. He said, “I pray for a peaceful holiday here in the U.S. or Jerusalem or wherever else you might be celebrating it.”
Nides’ announcement was made several hours after the initial blast at Jerusalem’s bus station around 7:06 AM local time. The second explosion occurred in Ramot 30 minutes later.
